Self-referring patients must bring a current medical summary from their GP, including a list of medications. As a private service, we cannot access NHS records.
X-ray Requirements
An up-to-date X-ray (within the last 12 months) of the affected joint is required before an injection.
If you’ve had an NHS X-ray, please bring the report to your consultation.
If not, Dr Wilson can arrange a private X-ray through an independent provider (subject to additional fees).
